Tasks and AI
- Task text is sent to server-side semantic analysis only when the user explicitly builds a plan.
- AI receives no tool or calendar authority.
- Calendar titles, descriptions, attendees, emails, meeting URLs, locations, and calendar names are not sent to AI.

Google Calendar
- Only the range needed to understand free time for today and tomorrow is read, on demand.
- R48 does not write, modify, or delete source calendar events.
- There is no background monitoring, polling, or webhook.

Information stored
- Internal user ID, tasks, life areas, and plan state
- Encrypted calendar grant and busy intervals without event content
- Operational results, counts, latency, and error codes without raw content

Information excluded from storage and logs
- OAuth tokens and API keys are not stored in browser Local Storage.
- Raw tasks, calendar content, email, tokens, and secrets are excluded from normal logs.
- We use no analytics, advertising SDK, or tracking pixel.

Deletion
- Disconnecting Calendar attempts to revoke the grant and removes tokens and cache.
- Account deletion is designed to stop sessions, revoke grants, and remove user data.
- Encrypted data may remain in provider backups for the provider's defined retention period.
